Known for his fashion editorials for Nike, Versace and Net-A-Porter, Jeff Hahn turns inward here, blending the precision of commercial photography with the sensibility of mythmaking. Port Yarin follows his acclaimed debut The Next Best Thing to Loving You, continuing his exploration of staged versus real, fantasy versus memory.

Unfolding within the imagined borders of a fictional town - a refuge for the racially ambiguous and the “third culture” wanderers of the modern world - Hahn’s cinematic images move between urban glow and desert hush, casting his subjects in the liminal space between continents, cultures and selves. A dreamlike study of identity, displacement and belonging.

Designed by Helios Capdevila and printed by Die Keure (Belgium), the book combines dense, dusky portraits with fragments of constructed geography - tiled floors, palm shadows, dust, neon - to build an otherworldly sense of place. Texts by Greg De Roeck and Ying Ang frame the work as both intimate and political: a meditation on hybridity and the restless search for home.

Near fine condition: Unread, with only faint surface wear and mild fading to rear cover.
