Kim Beom initiated the culture year for Denmark and South Korea with the solo exhibition Water from Ganges River in the Cup Made with Newspaper from Congo at Kunsthal Aarhus. The artist showed a series of new works that combine existential questions with poetic playfulness. The paintings, sculptures, installations and videos show a broad range of works that challenge our perception. With slight changes of perspective, his objects reflect a complex world view.
