Featuring a selection of stories by key manga artists of the 1990s, this issue includes All Nude by Shinichi Sugimura, Love & Peace by Tatsuya Egawa, The Fishbone by Akira Oyama, M-Stage (Stage 2 – Manami & Rie) by MON-MON and Aya by Toshiki Yui. Originally published in Japan between 1994 and 1998 by Kodansha, the works are presented here in Italian translation, with artwork reversed for Western reading.
The issue includes colour and black-and-white sections, editorial content and credits typical of Star Comics’ Kappa line, offering a snapshot of a niche but culturally significant publishing moment when Japanese adult comics gained traction across Italy.
